Mon Gym's exhilarating All Star Sports Program empowers children, ages 4 to 7, as they learn the rules and fundamentals of various sports. Confidence soars as our Mon Gym Kids develop skills such as passing, catching, hitting, kicking, jumping, throwing, etc. while learning to play baseball, football, soccer, basketball, hockey, tennis, and more. The four-week curriculum for each sport includes exercise and fitness training, basic rules and definitions, court or field layout, skill drills, take-home worksheets, and analyses of concepts specific to that particular sport. On the fourth week of each sport, the children are ready to play a game "the Mon Gym way." The kids are elated as they develop physically, become comfortable with the basics of each sport, and gain the skills that prepare them to participate in any organized sport they choose.
